For: Pakistani citizens living abroad, including British-Pakistani dual nationals. Proves Pakistani citizenship. Grants visa-free entry, property rights, banking access, and voting rights in Pakistan.
For: Non-Pakistani nationals with Pakistani roots — British citizens with Pakistani parents, or those married to a Pakistani citizen. Grants most of the same rights as NICOP, but does NOT confer Pakistani citizenship.
